The CAD Laboratory shares the existing infrastructural facilities of EG Lab. It is equipped with 25 licenses of Computer Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Analysis (CATIA) software, installed in a server and networked.
As part of this laboratory, students are trained using the software to perform surface and solid modeling, assembly modeling and simple finite element analysis. Students also carry out project works in machine design and product development.
