- Read Admission Bulletin 2009-10 carefully before filling the Application Form.
- The application must be filled-up neatly and legibly.
- The filled-in application form must be accompanied by the following documents and fees.
- Copy of mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination, such as General Education Certificate of Ministry of Education, UAE or Senior School Certificate of CBSE, New Delhi, India or its equivalent.
- Copy of the 10th Grade mark sheet.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or any other document for proof of date of birth.
- Passport copy (first 3 pages and last 2 pages). Candidates, who do not possess a valid Passport at the time of sending the Application, must enclose a declaration along with the Application, that they will fax the required Passport pages on or before 10th August, 2009.
- Candidates applying under the GCC category must submit the passport copy of the parent residing in the GCC Country with valid Residence Visa Stamp.
- TOEFL/IELTS Score Report (Applicable for candidates from Non-English Medium Schools only).
- Application fee of Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) 200.00 only by Cash / Cheque / Crossed Demand Draft, drawn in favour of ETA-Network of Education and Training, payable at Dubai. Candidates from India can pay as above or attach an application fee of Rs 2500 by way of Demand Draft drawn in favor of 'Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani' on UCO Bank, Vidya Vihar, Pilani (Code- 0150) or on State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Pilani (Code-1398). Application received without this fee will not be considered.
- Completed Application form along with all the above enclosures must be submitted in person or sent directly by courier to: "The Admissions Office, BITS, Pilani Dubai, Dubai International Academic City, P.O. Box 345055, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on or before 16th June, 2009 by GCC candidates and on or before 4th July, 2009 by NON-GCC candidates.
- The Institute may not be in a position to acknowledge each and every Application submitted inspite of its best efforts. Candidates are strongly advised to send the applications only by courier and preserve the receipts or submit in person and collect a receipt.
- Only those candidates selected for admission will get further communication from the Institute. The institute will not entertain any communication with rejected candidates.
- If you are accepting the offer of admission, you must comply with all the requirements specified in the Admission Offer Letter, including the payment of fee on or before the stipulated date mentioned, failing which the Admission will automatically stand cancelled.
